260 Miles
– Start Chepstow – End Chepstow
South and Mid Wales contains some of the
most beautiful and breathtaking scenery
in the UK from the edge of Snowdonia in
the north down through the Cambrian Mountains
to the Brecon Beacons in the south. Apart
from simply admiring the views there are
many other attractions. The road network
is well maintained and most of this ride
is fluent and sporty apart from the section
from Devil’s Bridge to Rhayader which
has slower roads with unfenced sheep, it’s
worth it but take care they have a tendency
to run out in front of motorcycles especially
if the bike in front of you has beeped them!
There is a good coffee shop on the front
at Aberystwyth where bikers gather.
